WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER


The Talent Acquisition Operations & Compliance Specialist will provide support to TNC in two different areas: Operational Support and Compliance Reporting.

Operations support will involve working with the Talent Acquisition leadership team to utilize data to scale our systems and make recommendations to help build our broader Talent Acquisition hiring process flows. You’ll also service as the primary contact for the launch of a new applicant tracking system, including partnering with HR Systems teams on testing plans and system enhancements, identifying trends and gaps to improve recruiting processes, and lead small-medium scale continuous improvements. Additional responsibilities may include responding to inquiries through general inboxes, analysing trends, gathering social media metrics, providing recommendations, and helping TNC identify and implement innovative outreach methods to ensure we attract a global audience that reflects the communities in which we work.

Compliance support is directly related to our U.S. federal contractor status, and involves working with our external consultants, vendors, and staff across the U.S.; managing organizational-wide trainings and programs; and auditing recruiting activity to identify where specialized support may be needed to achieve our goals. Some of the tasks require extensive work with excel spreadsheets, specifically in preparing Affirmative Action Plans. They’ll partner closely with our HR Systems team to ensure accurate data and will submit all required compliance reports by their deadlines. Such reports include the EEO-1 and Vets-4212 reports, among others. Additionally, they’ll keep current on OFCCP/EEO regulations, organize our Labor Law posters across the U.S., and make strategic recommendations.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3 years HR related work experience or equivalent combination.
  • Experience responding to HR related questions and problems from employees/management.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: database management and spreadsheet software; constructing and producing reports; data input, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Experience working with MS Office software, HR information systems, and analytics tools.
