WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER
The TA Operations Assistant provides administrative support to our Talent Acquisition Operations team. Through frequent collaboration with TNC staff across the globe, they’ll be providing administrative assistance to programs to attract top talent and achieve business goals! They will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations including record maintenance, customer service, and innovation in order to help us achieve our goal to centralize our recruiting function.
Primarily, their duties will include monitoring shared inboxes, invoice processing, project tracking background screening, external advertising with diverse and inclusive sites, and working on various projects at the direction of the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to help streamline our processes as we work to centralize recruiting operations at TNC!

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Associates degree, HR professional certification, or 2 years HR-related experience, or equivalent combination.
- Experience maintaining files, processing paperwork, data entry or related.
- Experience responding to employee or customer inquiries.
- Experience working with MS Office software and database software.
