The Sr. Operations and Support Analyst manages, coordinates, and monitors the application support, operations, and enhancement processes for systems with the Corporate Systems portfolio and related interfaces to other systems. They perform technical analyst activities, including but not limited to, providing technical support, gathering & documenting requirements, optimizing support & enhancement processes, and evaluating releases for impacts to current processes and system configurations. They serve as a point of escalation for support issues, including interactions with application vendors and their support services. They monitor reliability, availability, performance, and recoverably systems and related interfaces and communicate deviations from expectations appropriately to IT management.

They monitor and report on support and operations KPIs. They collaborate laterally within IT to perform system upgrades, application customizations, and configurations, ensuring they adhere to IT processes and procedures. They provide mentoring and training to IT analysts in the development, implementation, and support of systems and related interfaces within the Corporate Systems portfolio. They participate in the design, vendor evaluation, implementation, and management of multiple complex projects or systems. They may participate in vendor meetings and endeavour to stay informed of product roadmaps, trends and new capabilities that will benefit or impact TNC. They may recommend modifications to the applications, using data to back their recommendations. They write and maintain details systems documentation, including user manuals and technical manuals.

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field and/or combined equivalent of education and experience.
  • Extensive experience in a corporate finance department and/or relevant equivalent experience and a deep understanding on their technology needs.
  • Extensive experience supporting and configuring ERP systems, particularly: Financials and/or HR and/or Legal
  • 5 years of experience as a business professional in Information Technology, Finance, HR, Legal or a closely related field.
  • Experience in defining and documenting complex systems requirements.
  • Excellent written, visual, and oral communication skills and ability to communicate within IT clearly and succinctly and with key business partners.


  • Experience supporting the Unit4 ERP.
  • Experience supporting a large multinational ERP such as Oracle or SAP
  • Experience planning and executing projects cross-functionally including systems evaluations and selections, acquisition integrations, new system or module implementations, and technology migration/re-platforming initiatives.
  • Knowledge of, and experience using, SQL to provide information and create reporting solutions for business users
  • Experience with IT Business Analysis knowledge areas including business analysis planning and monitoring, elicitation and collaboration, requirements lifecycle management, requirements analysis, and solution evaluation.
  • Strong ability to analyze and model business processes and recommend solutions.
  • Ability to challenge ideas and concepts in a respectful manner, with the objective of arriving at best decision for TNC.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively.
  • Ability and desire to mentor and train others.
  • Experience with the development and execution of test plans.
  • Well versed in specific industry best practices, and an ability to adapt them to TNC’s organization.
  • Possesses an understanding of how to utilize emotional intelligence to navigate complex organizational and interpersonal dynamics.
  • Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience appreciated.
