Vice President of Construction

In this pivotal role, you’ll provide both strategic and operational leadership for our solar construction division. You’ll be responsible for:

Optimizing performance across all construction activities

This is a remote position, which can be based anywhere in the U.S. with up to 50% travel. This position supports our solar projects across the United States.
Qualifications
15 years of construction experience in large industrial construction companies or similar/related industries (renewables construction, electrical construction, vertical construction)
Previous experience in renewable energy/EPC Construction preferred
Bachelors degree (B. S.) in Construction Management, Engineering, or related major or equivalent combination of education and experience
Requirements

Firm grasp of financial management, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance in large-scale infrastructure projects

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in change management, conflict resolution, and coaching for performance
Ability to cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
Ability to mentor and develop emerging leaders
Ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Primavera, Viewpoint and Construction Software
Benefits
Compensation $200,000-$280,000 / year, commensurate with experience
