Role Description

We’re seeking an inspiring and strategic Vice President of Construction – Solar Division to lead with innovation, cultivate a thriving team culture, and champion employee growth and development.


In this pivotal role, you’ll provide both strategic and operational leadership for our solar construction division. You’ll be responsible for:

This is a remote position, which can be based anywhere in the U.S. with up to 50% travel. This position supports our solar projects across the United States.


Qualifications



  • 15 years of construction experience in large industrial construction companies or similar/related industries (renewables construction, electrical construction, vertical construction)


  • Previous experience in renewable energy/EPC Construction preferred


  • Bachelors degree (B. S.) in Construction Management, Engineering, or related major or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Expertise in building high-performing teams and fostering inclusive workplace cultures


  • Firm grasp of financial management, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance in large-scale infrastructure projects


  • Visionary leadership with the ability to inspire, influence, and align cross-functional teams


  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills


  • Proficient in change management, conflict resolution, and coaching for performance


  • Ability to cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement


  • Ability to mentor and develop emerging leaders


  • Ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Primavera, Viewpoint and Construction Software

  • Compensation $200,000-$280,000 / year, commensurate with experience
