We are looking for a talented individual
To join our team as a Energy Efficiency professional QA/Specialist. Act as a local on-site program and company representative to residential customers and participating trade allies. Conduct energy efficiency comprehensive quality assurance inspections, pre- and post-installation verifications and other technical data gathering activities through a defined territory. Troubleshoot technical problems and issues and recommends solutions. Drive quality assurance and project delivery in support of program goals.

Perform Quality Assurance reviews on data inputs to program building modeling software, actively screening to ensure that submitted projects meet program minimum efficiency requirements, are technically correct, complete, and adequately documented, with critical pre-and post-installation measurements and health and safety test results.
Conduct post-installation quality control field verifications for residential homes, and other field tasks for data gathering activities through a defined territory.
Conduct post-installation comprehensive quality assurance energy audits of residential buildings using approved diagnostic tools (e.g., blower door, combustion analyzer).
Provide field reports and status updates to program staff regarding contractor project effectiveness of installations. Provide technical expertise to identify, analyze and resolve issues.
Provide quality assurance reports, technical advice, guidance and training when appropriate to contractors on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with program specifications.
Ensure adherence to all BPI and local program standards and protocols.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation for compliance and reporting.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project completions.?
In this exciting career opportunity, you will have...
4 -8+ years of experience in residential quality assurance/quality control, energy auditing or weatherization.
BPI Building Analyst required.
Strong knowledge of building science, HVAC systems, insulation, and ventilation standards.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
