Home Energy Auditor

We’re hiring Residential Energy Auditors to support the Georgia IRA Home Rebate program. In this role, you’ll perform residential energy audits and home performance assessments to help homeowners improve efficiency and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct two calibrated energy audits per day using SnuggPro, MeasureQuick, and DOE Home Energy Score tools.
• Perform diagnostic testing (blower door, duct blaster, TruFlow airflow, ventilation, and combustion safety).
• Collect site data, model energy use, and upload documentation to program portals.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and coordinate with installation partners to ensure compliance.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on all field activities.

Qualifications:

• BPI Building Analyst Technician or related certification preferred.
• 2+ years in residential energy, HVAC, or weatherization.
• Valid driver’s license and clean record required.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
