Job Title: Investment Analyst We are seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to support all functions of our investment team. This position is for someone inspired by the opportunity to gain experience in renewable energy transactions, financial modeling, investor management, and new investment origination, while working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. The Analyst will assist the team in all aspects of working with our key partners, including capital providers (equity, tax equity, and debt), project development partners, and external asset management contractors. Build, refine, and stress-test sophisticated project finance models for various transaction structures, including tax equity and debt. Organize and present project data to financial partners serving as a primary point of contact during the due diligence process Develop high-impact marketing materials to assist in capital raising Support broader business objectives and ad-hoc strategic projects as 38 Degrees North continues to scale Collaborate closely with Development, EPC and Asset Management team members Undergraduate degree required; 0-3 years of renewable energy and/or finance experience (investment banking, project finance, or private equity is a plus) ~ Excellent financial modeling and valuation capabilities ~ Working understanding of tax equity and project finance debt modeling and transactions, as well as renewable energy project development and construction ~ Commercial awareness and transaction composure ~ Competitive salary and performance-based cash bonuses Safe Harbor 401(k) savings plan and Cash Balance Plan.
