The EP100 Campaign Manager will assist the Senior Manager, Built Environment in driving forward the EP100 campaign, managing the campaign on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities will include; growing our membership, policy coordination, and co-managing EP100s international activities across the Climate Groups regional offices. The EP100 Campaign Manager will need to be a self starter, experienced in project management and manage their time effectively to deliver multiple workstreams. You will work with the global team, on design and delivery of campaign initiatives and events, and management of corporate members and partners.

About the role

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of EP100 and working with the team to deliver the campaign objectives. You will also be responsible for co-developing and managing sub-projects of EP100 depending on the campaigns strategic focus and delivering them on time and to budget.

The role is located within Climate Groups Business Actions team and involves close working relationships with colleagues in our international offices including in India, Amsterdam and the US. You will also work with our other corporate campaigns, such as RE100 and EV100, to align on key priorities and share cross-learning. Key relationships also include Climate Groups Communications and Client Experience teams, and our partner, the World Green Building Council (World GBC). About you


  • Commitment to the mission of Climate Group and EP100
  • Experience of working in a global environment for the energy, sustainability, and climate change sectors
  • Appreciation of commercial and financial drivers for businesses and NGOs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across a range of cultural contexts
  • Strong project management experience
  • Strong research and writing skills and ability to analyse policy and business content
  • Experience of relationship management particularly with the private sector, ideally at senior management level
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressures to strict timelines and budgets
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage to multiple deadlines
  • Pro-active and able to work independently and unsupervised to deliver tasks, and achieve project objectives
  • Experience of planning, managing and delivering both online and physical events
  • Team player with the ability to identify where support is needed, and comfortable delivering an administrative workload alongside more strategic activities
  • A strong desire to develop skills and experience in line with the needs of rapidly developing campaign, while maintaining a solid support function

  • Clear understanding of business drivers and ability to empathise with sustainable business leaders and be committed to helping them achieve their mission
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce/Financial Force, online meeting technologies and social media.
  • Knowledge and experience working on energy efficiency-oriented programmes and projects (detailed engineering knowledge is not a requirement of this role)
  • Experience working in emerging markets
  • Experience in identifying and executing funding bids


Youll be based in our London head office in Tower Hill (SE1 2NQ), a 10-minute walk from London Bridge station and enjoy the benefits of flexible and hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

This is a 12-month fixed term position with the possibility of renewal.

The salary offered is £32,000-£35,999 per annum, based on experience.
