The Climate Coalition is looking for a proactive and organised Fundraising & Operations Manager to help ensure the UK’s largest climate and nature coalition is financially sustainable, operationally resilient, and ready for the future.

You’ll play a key role at the heart of a small, dedicated team - supporting partnerships and income generation, overseeing project delivery and financial administration, and helping us run efficiently as we work with more than 130 organisations and 22 million people across the UK.

We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery: confident with budgets and systems, comfortable managing multiple projects, and motivated by helping others succeed.

This role would suit someone with experience in fundraising, operations or project management who enjoys variety and thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

We particularly welcome applications from people from Black, Asian and other minority ethnic backgrounds, and from those with lived experience under-represented in the climate sector.

How to apply:

Please apply online at bit.ly/3JCFHbI by 1pm Monday 3 November 2025. You’ll be asked to answer a few short questions designed to remove bias from the process.

If you’d like an informal chat before applying, please contact jobs@theclimatecoalition.org.
