We are seeking a passionate, innovative, and results-driven Senior Sustainability Lead/ESG Officer to join our growing team and contribute to our mission to drive sustainability, innovation, and impact.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
· Lead the development and implementation of sustainability and ESG initiatives at TCN.
· Work collaboratively with our technical team to test and help deliver high-quality sustainability features.
· Develop impact resources, policy briefs, white papers, and sustainability thought leadership articles.
· Work with our marketing team to design and facilitate sustainability training programmes, workshops, and webinars, and monitor global sustainability trends, ESG regulations, and emerging best practices.
· Build and maintain strategic partnerships with government agencies, development partners, NGOs, academia, and the private sector.
· Support business development by identifying sustainability consulting opportunities.
· Represent The Circular Net Limited at meetings, conferences, and stakeholder engagements.
Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should possess:
· A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Management, Climate Change, Natural Resource Management, Engineering, Geography, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
· A Master's degree will be an added advantage.
· A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in sustainability, ESG, climate action, renewable energy, environmental management, or a related field.
· Excellent research, analytical, report-writing, and presentation skills.
· Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite and digital collaboration tools.
Preferred Knowledge
