Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Relations Officer. The Customer Service Relations Officer will manage client relations, address customer concerns, and oversee customer satisfaction initiatives. They will also handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and proactively identify and resolve customer support challenges to ensure a rewarding service experience. Additionally, the role involves maintaining a professional and positive image while being attentive to customer needs.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills and Client Relations experience
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support expertise
- Analytical Skills to identify trends and solve issues efficiently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Background in sustainability or environmental advocacy is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly and professionally.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
· Manage customer feedback and ensure client satisfaction.
· Support the sales and operations teams by coordinating service delivery updates.
· Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
· Promote the company’s sustainability initiatives and services.
· Handle complaints with tact, empathy, and efficiency.
