About the role:

We are looking for a skilled and adaptable developer with strong experience in the Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics CRM development.


In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design and deliver solutions and changes, and contribute to the wider management of development projects.


You will lead the end‑to‑end process—from shaping project plans and defining deliverables to developing, implementing, and supporting the platforms and users, including the internal service desk. An interest in applying your expertise within the sustainability sector is ideal.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive project plans outlining deliverables, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Define and document key success criteria for each project phase, ensuring measurable outcomes.
  • Engage with business users and stakeholders to capture requirements and business needs and translate them into solutions.
  • Deliver projects on time, on budget that business agreed business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
  • Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Dynamics 365 Sales to meet business requirements.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platform and Dynamics 365 platforms.
  • Ensure best practices in security, governance, and performance optimization.
  • Develop training guides, guidance documentation.



Key skills we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in customer collaboration, ability to engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
  • Proven ability to convert customer and business requirements into detailed project plans, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Track record of delivering projects that meet scope, quality, and business objectives within agreed timeframes.
  • Proven track record in Dynamics 365 Sales development and customisation.
  • Strong experience in Power Platform (eg Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerBI).
  • Experience in Microsoft Teams/SharePoint support.
  • Knowledge of Dataverse and API integrations.
  • Ability to work across development and support functions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Power BI for reporting and analytics, Power Pages and Power Query would be desirable but is not essential.



Qualifications:

  • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Dynamics 365.



Salary & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary and a performance-based bonus. Our hours are 37.5 per week with 28 days paid holiday plus bank holidays and a generous pension scheme.
