What You’ll Do:

• Lead residential electrical installations for heat pump systems
• Install wiring, SMART panels, splitters, and sub-panels
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability
• Collaborate with crews and engineering teams
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Journeyman Electrician in Denver or surrounding areas
• Experience with residential electrical installations and modern sustainable technologies
• Ability to read blueprints and use hand/power tools
• Knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs., work in tight spaces, and at heights
• Valid driver’s license and reliable commute
