We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Install Team Lead to guide installation crews, mentor junior technicians, and deliver high-performance heat pump systems that reduce carbon emissions.

What You’ll Do

  • Remove existing HVAC systems and install new heat pump systems with precision

  • Perform maintenance tasks and system tests to ensure performance and compliance

  • Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and Denver building codes

  • Collaborate with technicians and engineers to improve installation processes

  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate system operations clearly

  • Train and mentor junior technicians, promoting teamwork and skill development

  • Ensure all work meets safety and regulatory standards

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Proven background as an HVAC installer or team lead (residential preferred)

  • Certifications: F32 – National Standard Residential Mechanical – Class C (Denver) preferred; HVAC NATE, Section 608, or BPI certifications a plus

  • Skills: Strong blueprint reading, code knowledge, and troubleshooting ability

  • Communication: Fluent in English, both written and verbal

  • Physical Ability: Lift up to 50 lbs., work in tight spaces, at heights, and in varied conditions

  • Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable commute to Denver, CO

  • Mindset: Collaborative, detail-oriented, and committed to quality and sustainability
