Transition Finance Network (TFN) is an independent financial advisor to capital-intensive scale-ups at the intersection of sustainability, deep tech and industrial transformation — helping companies building tomorrow's economy unlock the right capital at the right stage.
This is done via Equity Raising, Debt and M&A Advisory – where we leverage our extensive network of (climate and tech) investors and corporates to connect clients with the most suitable partners and financing structures, and Venture Building – where we help our clients refine their business and financing strategies.
TFN has a European reach with teams on the ground in London and Amsterdam and a satellite office in France. We bring together decades of experience working on energy, finance, strategy and transition topics for top tier names within asset management, consultancy and banking.

Are you our next team member?
The ideal candidate:
- Has between 3 and 5 years of experience in top tier strategy consulting / Big 4; investment banking; investing (VC/PE/Infra); (project) financing or a (climate tech) scale-up or another relevant experience (but please highlight which);
- Is ambitious with a strong drive to be part of the transformation solution;
- Has excellent analytical skills;
- Is happy to shift from a large corporate setup to a more entrepreneurial role;
- Brings experience from outside the Netherlands, either via work and/or education.
