Salary: £27,000 base + £70,000 OTE (Uncapped)

We are growing fast and looking for wildly ambitious people at the beginning of their career, looking to make an impact and get Tewke systems in to home all across the country. The hiring manager for this job is Rowan, Tewke's CTO.
About the role:
We are looking for someone to join our sales team who is energetic, confident and able to think of new ways of building B2B relationships with decision makers at companies. You will be selling Tewke Tap systems to large and small house builders, property developers and hotel chains.
You should be unwaveringly confident, and able to build strong relationships with new housing partners. You would have had a proven display of finding a company’s pain point, and working out how your product can solve their problem.
What you will be doing:
- Identifying companies that are able to move quickly to buy Tewke devices
- Identify the key decision makers in those companies
- Reach out to and build a relationship with the key decision makers
- Have
- Making any relevant marketing materials to help ‘wow’ the client. It would be very beneficial if you are proficient in photo editing or video making techniques.
About you:
The perfect candidate will have an attitude of “failure is not an option”. They will be able to find any way into a possible clients company, however small or unlikely. The ideal candidate would also have an astute level of emotional intelligence to understand the client. You would also need to have a love of technology, and be able to energetically convey why Tewke is one of the worlds leading smart home and energy control platforms.
