Tesla Advisor, U Village
As a Tesla Advisor at U Village, you will be an integral part of the Tesla retail team, responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience and promoting Tesla's mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy.
Duties:
- Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner to understand their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Tesla products, services, and energy solutions
- Conduct test drives to showcase the performance and features of Tesla vehicles
- Assist customers in configuring and customizing their vehicle orders
- Coordinate delivery logistics and provide post-delivery support
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and promote Tesla's brand
Skills:
- Proficiency in software applications for order processing and customer management
- Strong sales management skills with a focus on achieving targets and KPIs
- Understanding of retail math principles for pricing, discounts, and promotions
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and address inquiries effectively
- Multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse customer needs
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient in phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and follow-ups
- Basic math skills for calculations related to sales transactions
- Experience in sales techniques including negotiation strategies
