Tesla is looking for a Paint Prepper to work on one of the most progressive, innovative, high-end vehicle brands in the world. This position will involve being part of a refinishing team that deliver outstanding repairs in turn delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

- Carry out preparation work to any refinished areas to the Tesla Standard using all required tooling and equipment
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of primer application as well as sanding, masking and sealing
- Demonstrate a basic ability to apply a clear over base and metallic base finishes
- Polish and de-nib inclusions in the refinished areas
- Carry out work in a manner compliant to EHS policies adhering to manufacturer and industry guidelines
- Proven experience as an Automotive Painter in a Bodyshop environment is a plus, but not required. Prior painting experience with Tesla vehicles will be considered beneficial
- Certificate as a car painter / billakkerer is a plus
- Basic computer skills, including navigating web browsers and standard applications Microsoft Word
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions with attention to detail
- Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
- Experience with painting and colour matching skills
- A clear understanding of health & safety and good housekeeping in the automotive environment
- A good understanding of tools & equipment used for all refinishing processes
- Flexible: You are able and willing to work on a shift schedule, rotating between early shift (07:00 - 15:00) and late shift (14:00 - 22:00)
- A valid driving license
