What To Expect
*THIS ROLE CAN BE BASED THROUGHOUT NORWAY*

We are seeking an experienced Deployment Manager to drive the growth of our Supercharger network across the EMEA region and beyond. You will be responsible for multiple projects from start to finish, including permitting, design, contracting, and coordinating the construction phase of new Superchargers within Norway and Iceland.

As a Deployment Manager in the Supercharging team, you'll have the opportunity to travel extensively and experience everything the largest charging network has to offer. And all of this while working on cutting-edge projects that are shaping the future of sustainable energy.

What You'll Do

  • Provide technical support to the Project Development team during the conversations and negotiations with potential site hosts
  • Responsible for the design and permitting phase and selection of subcontractor(s)
  • Oversee all onsite constructions, visit construction sites and coordinate and direct subcontractors
  • Report to internal and external stakeholders on progress, costs and performance
  • Liaise with grid-operators to establish the grid connection
  • Manage the local and regional administration to achieve all the required permits
  • Ensure projects are delivered cost effectively within the established timeline
  • Identify potential roadblocks and provide creative solutions


  • What You'll Bring

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in end-to-end project management of medium-voltage construction and/or installation projects, experience in the EV charging or renewable energy industry is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve to well-judged decisions
  • Capability to communicate effectively and collaborate with internal- and external stakeholders
  • Affinity with the renewable energy sector/e-mobility and a passion to learn
  • Willing and able to travel extensively on a regular basis (Bi-weekly)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Fluency in English and Norwegian is required. Icelandic is a plus.
