Tesla is looking for a Fleet Supervisor to work on one of the most progressive vehicles in the world. What You’ll Do
  • Directly supervises driver, hostler, and checkpoint teams
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems
  • Coordinate regular maintenance on all vehicles; communicate with repair shop when needed
  • Ensure all fleet members have proper licensure and up-to-date training
  • Ensure safe driving practices and maintain yard accuracy
  • Tesla people leaders are responsible for a variety of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) assurance functions, including ensuring their teams’ safety training is current, documenting EHS incidents, proactively correcting workplace hazards in the areas, and empowering others to continuously improve operations
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience managing CDL drivers is preferred and personal driving experience
  • Experience implementing and improving standard operating procedures preferred
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office and customer account management software
  • Physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions
  • Ability to perform repetitive duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time
  • Must be able to handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Open availability to work all shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Expected Compensation

$72,000 - $205,200/annual salary, depending on level + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
