What We're Looking For:
We're on the lookout for a Project Manager specializing in Physical Security to join our APAC Security Engineering Program. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, leading multiple projects simultaneously across our Asian markets.
As a Technical Project Manager (TPM) on our team, your role will be diverse and impactful. From designing and implementing security systems, to ensuring timely project delivery, your contributions will directly influence the safety and security of Tesla employees, customers, and facilities. You'll engage in effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, navigate complex dependencies, and operate with a sense of urgency.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and accountable professional with excellent communication skills. We value individuals who show initiative, integrity, and a strong sense of urgency. Your ability to manage projects with tight timelines and complex dependencies will be critical. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and embraces a continuous learning mindset.
- Project Management Certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing physical security projects including overseeing the installation of Video Surveillance, Intrusion Detection, and Access Control systems
- Experience interfacing with construction and cost control on quantity takeoffs and Work Breakdown Structures
- Continuously meeting and exceeding internal and external customer’s expectations
