The Role:
The primary role of the Infrastructure Facilities-team is to clean and maintain the site, both indoors and outside. Together with a Team of skilled, experienced Tesla employees, you will work together with our trusted suppliers to keep people spaces and technical equipment clean and operating at the highest standards. By using fun, sustainable, state-of-the-art solutions, you will also contribute to the overall employee satisfaction to continue to make Tesla the coolest place to work.

- Operational processing of service orders, including offer and risk management, order processing, acceptance and controlling of the entire Gigafactory for infrastructural facility management
- Taking over and guaranteeing the operator’s contractually owed responsibilities
- Single point of contact for all internal stakeholders
- Development of service specifications and work instructions for operational order processing (maintenance and special cleaning, green maintenance, winter service, pest control)
- Quality and performance control of processes throughout the factory premises (including technical cleaning of the production facilities)
- Management, operational planning, instruction, development and recruitment of the employees deployed at the properties
- Create, maintain and track all property-related order documentations
- Personnel and professional leadership; Further development of a multicultural group
- Organization and coordination of cleaning in the assigned area of responsibility including quality controls:
o Ongoing maintenance cleaning
o Acute management cleaning
o Special cleaning such as basic, glass and building cleaning
o Tasks in the area of disinfection and pest control
o Item-by-position invoice control
o Cost and sales controlling
o Personnel controlling - Further development of cleaning, taking hygiene-standards and digitalization into account
- Ensuring high customer (stakeholders) satisfaction through maintained cleanliness and value retention
- Perception of the client-role towards the service provider
- Willingness to take practical action in emergency situations or to analyze the situation
- Enforcement of health and safety requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in the field of infrastructural facility management and technical cleaning
- Being an inspiring people-leader, dealing with a growing team
- Service-oriented way of working, high level of commitment and involvement
- High resilience, flexibility, personal responsibility and team orientation
- Conflict-oriented, structured way of working
- Network-thinking and strong communication skills in German and English languages (Polish is a nice-to-have)
- Other duties as necessary
