Overview
The Digital Experience team is transforming how people purchase and interact with automotive and energy products and services. We build products and features to help customers order residential and commercial energy products including solar panels, Solar Roof, Powerwall, and Megapack. The team includes product engineers, business analysts, UX designers, and full-stack software engineers who work together to create seamless solutions, move quickly, and accelerate Tesla from startup to scaled enterprise while maintaining a scrappy spirit.
What You'll Do
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Develop a product roadmap, write user stories, prioritize, and drive execution of software development cycles in an agile environment with shifting priorities
- Deeply understand users and identify opportunities to improve their experience
- Define, monitor and analyze key metrics to evaluate performance and adjust as needed
- Communicate impact of the teams efforts with business teams to build consensus and drive outcomes
- Work with engineering teams to deliver a scalable architecture that meets current needs and anticipates future growth
- Analyze product performance through logs and data sources to troubleshoot and enhance products
- Manage and communicate dependencies with other teams
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience working with software development teams
- Knowledge of product principles, Scrum, and agile methodology
- Experience shipping technical customer-facing products with business impact
- Proven history of converting customer insights into tangible product features
- Strong analytical skills
- Entrepreneurial instincts with bias for informed action and a track record of leading new initiatives with limited resources
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, UX, legal, finance, sales, and operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences

 Expected Compensation 
 $128,000 - $228,000 annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits. Pay offered may vary based on location, knowledge, skills, and experience. Details of participation in benefits will be provided if an offer is made.
