What to Expect

With Tesla's rapid growth comes the need for scaled up onboarding solutions and leadership development. As a People Development Partner your role is to facilitate and coordinate the New Hire Orientation Experience and Leadership Development workshops.

What You’ll Do
  • Facilitate an engaging new hire orientation experience and Leadership Development sessions
  • Ensure new hires have clear directions, instructions, and feel prepared when they join New Hire Orientation
  • Monitor and respond to new hire and learning tickets/inquiries
  • Facilitate exceptional partnerships with recruiters, HR Partners, hiring managers, and other COEs
  • Accurately enter data into our new hire attendance tracking and record accurate timecard entries for employees
  • Support various projects on an as needed basis to meet business demands
  • Coordinate training locations, schedules, plan of implementation and track completion of workshops
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related degree + min 1-3 years’ experience in human resources, training, general business OR 3+ years related work experience
  • Project/Program Management experience required
  • Captivating facilitator/storyteller
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to manage a full project life cycle independently with an acute attention to detail
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills. Punctual when replying to emails asking for action
  • Can interact professionally and confidently with individuals at all levels within the organization

Expected Compensation

$60,000 - $114,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
