Job Overview:
We are seeking a Technician Trainee to join our team. The Technician Trainee will work under the guidance of experienced technicians to learn and develop skills in equipment repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic field service environment.

Duties:
- Assist senior technicians in equipment repair and maintenance tasks.
- Learn to use tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and hand tools for diagnostics.
- Gain knowledge of mechanical systems, computer hardware, and reading schematics.
- Support field service operations by transporting materials and assisting in on-site repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.

Requirements:
- Basic mechanical knowledge is preferred.
- Ability to learn and apply technical skills related to equipment repair.
- Familiarity with using voltmeters, ohmmeters, and hand tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new concepts.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $21.25 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
