Our Design and Construction Project Management teams at Tesla deliver services for new Tesla showrooms, service centers, delivery hubs, bodyshops and distribution centers across the region. Tesla is looking for a creative architect with experience in retail and industrial design who can think out-side of the box.
What You'll Do
- Responsible to engage with Architect of Records to perform site measurements and visiting sites to gain a clear understanding of existing conditions
- Provide design intent drawings (within REVIT platform) for retro-fit and new buildconstruction projects for new Tesla Service and Sale Centers, Bodyshops and Distribution Centers.
- Coordinate and Manage the deliverables of 3rd party Architects & Engineers to ensure full 100% drawings are received and fully align with Tesla Design Standards.
- Manage and align with internal stakeholders on final project deliverables to ensure requirements are met and expectations are clear.
- This person will own the design efforts for construction and infrastructure development from concept to delivery
- Create construction sets and tender packages for General Contractors (GCs) to support efficient and accurate project execution.
What You'll Bring
- Master’s degree in Architecture or Construction Engineering or equivalent experience and evidence of exceptional ability
- Proficient in REVIT and BIM 360, working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud package, full understanding of CAD applications and international drawing convention standards
- Knowledge and experience working with local building code, European Accessibility act, zoning, and other applicable laws
- Understanding of project scheduling and the ability to communicate and work closely with consultants to ensure that project milestones are being met on time and complete
- Strong understanding of Construction Technical Engineering and its implementation processes
- Advanced project management skills, demonstrated application of project and program management fundamentals to complex engineering problems
- Excellent communication and documentation skills with ability to understand complex problems and distill the message into a clear plan
