We are seeking highly motivated individuals to tackle manufacturing on a challenging new production line. You will be working alongside Engineers to develop an advanced new product and be among the first individuals to work on cutting edge manufacturing processes within Tesla. What You’ll Do
  • Safety mindset and immediately report emergencies, incidents, and near misses to Management. Focus on work area safety, cleanliness, material usage and organization
  • Operate various process equipment in the development stage. Carry out wet chemical processes with manual to semi-automated equipment
  • Load and unload material into containers and tools
  • Independently document operating procedures and data for every production run in standard format and cross train to be competent in multiple work areas
  • Conduct analytical tests, measure and record data using defined tools and software
  • Identify and correct small minor maintenance tasks on tools
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of safety, quality, output, and tool up time
What You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years manufacturing experience preferred
  • Experience in semiconductor, optics, or small-scale manufacturing
  • Experience with troubleshooting manufacturing equipment
  • Document processes and procedures for manufacturing, maintenance, quality
  • Operate various manufacturing or assembly equipment
  • Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal
