What to Expect
Tesla is seeking a highly motivated Logistics Analyst to support the growth of the most advanced vehicle distribution model in the world. You will have a sharp eye for detail while also enjoy working on large-scale and complex challenges. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring Tesla is moving finished vehicles through our pipeline quickly and efficiently. Excellent oral and written communication is a must; having a positive attitude that excites and elevates everyone you speak with is equally important. Location: Open to Austin, TX & Fremont, CA.
What You’ll Do
  • Build and maintain interdepartmental relationships
  • Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement within our network. Monitor KPIs and report on findings/trends to leadership on a regular cadence
  • Drive best practices that lead to accurate ETAs for all shipments of Tesla vehicles on a daily basis
  • Mitigate “one-offs” by driving better system design and workflows
  • Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement within our network
  • Monitor KPIs and report on findings/trends to leadership on a regular cadence. Conduct meetings with stakeholders to align on and drive towards excellent performance
  • Drive best practices that lead to accurate ETAs for all shipments of Tesla vehicles on a daily basis
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience and evidence of exceptional ability
  • 2+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Clear and concise communication skills
  • Self-driven attitude and extremely organized – always pursuing perfection, with an awareness and balance for sensitive timelines
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Ability to work with SQL is preferred. Being comfortable with Excel, Tableau, and other data visualization platforms is a plus
  • Experience with vehicle distribution is a plus
