  2. Design and manage programmes that deliver measurable climate mitigation and adaptation outcomes for the region, including developing a steady pipeline of fundable projects with partners.
  3. Evaluate projects and proposals, including research and due diligence on technologies, financial models and partners, to ensure programme quality and alignment with TF's strategic priorities.
  4. Monitor approved programmes and projects, including tracking progress against intended outcomes, preparing timely reports to Management and the Board, and managing grant disbursements in compliance with TF's governance standards.
  5. Contribute to thought leadership and stakeholder engagement, including representing TF at conferences and events, preparing briefings for Management, and supporting cross-team initiatives as needed.
  6. Perform other duties as may be reasonably assigned by Head to ensure that the objectives of TF are met.

  • Keen understanding of and passion for climate and sustainability issues.
  • Comfort working across cultures and geographies, particularly in Southeast Asia. Working proficiency in a second language relevant to the region is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the region and beyond where needed.
  • Positive attitude, energetic, driven and resourceful. Able to work independently and manage ambiguity in a fast-evolving programme landscape.
