Customer Success Manager, Climate Advisory — Run Corporate Carbon Footprint projects for Europe's largest F&B players (Berlin)

A Berlin-based climate tech company is building the operating system for the food industry's path to Net Zero. Backed by €10m+ in their first two years, they've already onboarded some of the largest F&B enterprises in Europe — and they're just getting started.

As Customer Success Manager — Climate Advisory, you'll run Corporate Carbon Footprint projects end-to-end, manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, and become the trusted climate advisor customers turn to. This role sits at the intersection of climate science, data analysis, and client relationship management.

No prior climate experience required. They'll help you grow into an expert.

What You'll Own

→ Run CCF projects end-to-end — ensuring data quality, accuracy, and consistency across the platform

→ Translate emission analyses into clear, decision-ready outputs for technical and executive audiences

→ Own the full project lifecycle — timelines, stakeholder management, data collection, and emission analysis

→ Support customers in setting credible, science-based Net Zero targets

→ Stay current on GHG Protocol and SBTi developments

What We're Looking For

→ Hands-on experience with carbon accounting standards (GHG Protocol) and proven ability to deliver corporate carbon footprints end-to-end

→ Strong quantitative skills and comfort navigating complex datasets

→ Client-facing experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

→ Organised, self-directed, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment

→ Fluent in German (C1+) and English

→ Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin
