We are seeking dynamic and experienced Techno-functional Specialist to join our Sustainability Services Unit (SSU), who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sustainability for a leading European foodservice company.

This position is at the forefront of a major business transformation program, focused on building robust business cases for sustainability initiatives that deliver both environmental impact and tangible business value.


? What You’ll Drive

  • Co-create Strategic Business Cases: Collaborate directly with the client's business team and the ISU Transformation Lead to shape the business case for three core sustainability streams:
  • Decarbonization and Transparency: Develop strategies for reducing carbon footprints across the supply chain and enhancing operational transparency.
  • Circular Processes: Design circular business models that open new revenue streams and drive significant business impact.
  • Nature-Based Solutions: Identify and integrate nature-based solutions to enhance upstream supply chain resilience and sustainability.
  • Leverage Advanced Analytics: Utilize proprietary sustainability analytics platforms and data-driven ESG tools to model, analyze, and present compelling business cases.
  • Translate Strategy into Action: Convert high-level sustainability objectives into tangible, data-driven proposals backed by clear ROI frameworks and implementation roadmaps.
  • Bridge Business and Technology: Act as the core subject matter expert bridging the gap between business requirements, technical capabilities, and sustainability outcomes.
  • Set the Foundation: Ensure the foundational work completed in Q3 FY26 sets a seamless stage for successful implementation starting in January 2027.


? What We’re Looking For

  • Professional Experience: 8–12 years of experience in a techno-functional, consulting, or business analysis role.
  • Industry Domain Expertise: A strong background in the foodservice, retail, or CPG sectors, with a deep understanding of complex supply chain dynamics.
  • Proven Track Record: Experience developing comprehensive business cases for large-scale transformation programs with a sustainability focus.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Deep knowledge in one or more of the following:
  • Supply Chain Decarbonization & Transparency
  • Circular Economy Principles & Business Models
  • Sustainability Strategy
  • Data-driven Business Case Modeling
  • Knowledge and experience of EU regulations horizons specifically covering at least CSRD, PPWR, EUDR
  • Enterprise data management experience
  • Tech-Savviness: Experience working with digital platforms and advanced data analytics tools; familiarity with modern sustainability management systems and predictive ESG modeling software is a strong plus.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to engage, influence, and align senior client stakeholders and internal technical leads.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: A strategic thinker who maintains a hands-on, highly analytical approach to problem-solving.
