We’re hiring a Strategy Leader to work directly with the Founder’s Office at a fast-growing climate-tech company building solutions at the intersection of sustainability, carbon markets, and energy transition.


This is a high-impact, high-ownership role focused on driving strategy across new and existing business lines (0→1 and 1→10).


What you’ll work on:

  • Corporate & business strategy (roadmaps, strategic bets, market entry)
  • Carbon markets, I-RECs, and ESG-linked instruments
  • Market penetration & GTM strategy (India + global)
  • Customer acquisition strategy + budget allocation (ROI-led)
  • Partnership ecosystem (developers, buyers, traders, regulators)
  • Product strategy & building defensible tech moat
  • Board-level narratives & leadership decision support


Who we’re looking for:


  • 7+ years experience (consulting + sustainability/climate strongly preferred)
  • Background in top-tier consulting + energy / ESG / climate domains
  • Strong exposure to 0→1 and scaling environments
  • Deep understanding of carbon markets / renewable energy / ESG frameworks
  • Sharp strategic thinking + ability to execute in a startup environment
