Business Analyst || Leading Climate Tech || upto 15 LPA

Talentiser has been mandated to hire a Business Analyst for one of India's leading climate-tech companies that is transforming rice farming through AI, satellite technology, and carbon markets.

Our client is on a mission to reduce methane emissions while improving the livelihoods of smallholder farmers. Backed by NASA-supported science and a world-class team of data scientists, agronomists, engineers, and operators, they are helping global corporations achieve their Net-Zero goals through high-quality, verified carbon credits.

• 100,000+ hectare projects across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh

• Initiatives reducing air pollution from stubble burning in Punjab

• Highest-rated Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) project by Sylvera

• Team includes leaders from NASA's SAR program and experts in remote sensing and GHG modeling

What we're looking for:

• 2–3 years of experience in consulting, analytics, business analysis, or a similar analytical role

• Strong SQL skills (data extraction, joins, aggregations, reporting)

• Advanced Excel capabilities (dashboards, MIS, pivots, data validation)

• Experience working with large datasets, identifying anomalies, and driving process improvements

• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

• Passion for climate, sustainability, and impact-driven work

In this role, you'll work at the intersection of field operations, carbon methodologies, data quality, and business reporting—driving real impact from Day 1.
