Talent Corps is hiring Journeyman Electricians for an upcoming commercial solar project in Union City, PA. This is a great opportunity to be part of a high-impact project in the renewable energy sector.

We are looking for electricians who are safety-focused, have a strong work ethic, and bring solid experience in solar and commercial electrical work.

Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Install electrical service equipment and wiring for commercial solar systems

• Inspect electrical components such as transformers, circuit breakers, and panels

• Ensure systems meet 2017 and 2020 NEC and local electrical building codes

• Read and interpret electrical design schematics and blueprints

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in the field

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of electrical experience

• Current Journeyman Electrician License

• Strong understanding of NEC (2017 and 2020 editions) and local codes

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, bend, climb ladders, and work on feet for extended periods

• Must have reliable transportation, full PPE, and basic electrical tools

• Valid IDs required for employment eligibility through E-Verify

• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
