Job Opening: General Laborer – Solar Project
Location: Union City, PA
Start Date: October 20, 2025
Pay Rate: $59.86/hour
Per Diem: $120/day (for days worked)
⏱ Hours: 52 hours/week

Project Overview:

We’re hiring a General Laborer to support the construction of a brand-new solar farm in Union City, PA. This outdoor-only project and offers hands-on experience with a growing solar team. You'll work directly with electricians and crew members to complete the project from start to finish.

Job Duties Include:

  • Assist with pipe bending, panel wiring, fixture installs, and terminations

  • Support underground conduit installation

  • Work alongside electricians on low and high voltage systems

  • Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment (voltmeters)

  • Carry materials, maintain a clean job site, and perform general site support

  • Follow direction from supervisors and support team success

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in electrical construction or general labor

  • Prior experience assisting with pipe bending, wire pulling, and grid connections

  • Comfortable working as part of a team-oriented crew

  • Familiarity with electrical systems and site safety practices

  • Able to use tools and testing equipment safely and correctly

  • Reliable transportation to the job site is required
