Electrician – Military Base Project
Location: Montgomery, AL (Active Military Base)
Duration: 4–6 months
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Project End Date: June 1, 2026
Pay Rate: $30-$35
Project Overview
We are seeking experienced Electricians for a new construction training facility on an active military base in Montgomery, AL. This project will involve full-cycle electrical work, starting with underground installations and progressing through rough-in and trim-out as the structure goes vertical.
Scope of Work
- Underground electrical work including trenching, digging, and installing conduit and wire
- Initial telecom and low-voltage underground installations
- Conduit installation and pipe bending
- Pulling wire for low- and high-voltage systems
- Installing lighting fixtures
- Wiring panels, outlets, and devices
- Rough-in and trim-out electrical work
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience on commercial or government projects such as:
- Military bases
- Fire stations
- Police stations
- Schools
- Office buildings
- Strong experience with underground electrical and low-voltage systems
- U.S. Citizen only (no green card accepted)
- REAL ID required
- Clean background (past 7 years)
- Alabama Journeyman License preferred
- OSHA 10 preferred
