Solar Laborer – Breezewood, PA (Outdoor Solar Farm Project)

Location: Breezewood, PA
Duration: Starts mid-October | 3–4 month project
Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, potential for overtime
Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Job Summary:

We are hiring Solar Laborers for a utility-scale solar farm installation project in Breezewood, PA, starting mid-October. This is a great opportunity to join a growing renewable energy project and gain hands-on experience in the solar industry.

Ideal candidates will be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, performing physically demanding tasks, and following strict safety protocols on a large-scale construction site.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with installation of solar racking, modules, and components

  • Load, unload, and move materials on-site

  • Follow direction from site supervisors and crew leads

  • Operate basic hand tools and follow site-specific procedures

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

  • Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE

Requirements:

  • Previous construction or solar experience a plus, but not required

  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

  • Able to lift 50+lbs repeatedly, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods

  • Reliable transportation to the Breezewood, PA job site

  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to follow instructions

  • Willingness to work overtime when required

  • Must adhere to safety regulations and PPE guidelines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification

  • Experience with solar farm or electrical construction

  • Familiarity with solar racking and ground-mount systems

Project Details:

  • Start Date: Mid-October 2025

  • Duration: Approximately 3–4 months

  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday 10hr shifts and potential Saturdays

  • Overtime: Potential for additional hours based on site progress
