Solar Laborer – Breezewood, PA (Outdoor Solar Farm Project)
Location: Breezewood, PA
Duration: Starts mid-October | 3–4 month project
Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, potential for overtime
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Job Summary:
We are hiring Solar Laborers for a utility-scale solar farm installation project in Breezewood, PA, starting mid-October. This is a great opportunity to join a growing renewable energy project and gain hands-on experience in the solar industry.
Ideal candidates will be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, performing physically demanding tasks, and following strict safety protocols on a large-scale construction site.
Responsibilities:
Assist with installation of solar racking, modules, and components
Load, unload, and move materials on-site
Follow direction from site supervisors and crew leads
Operate basic hand tools and follow site-specific procedures
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
Requirements:
Previous construction or solar experience a plus, but not required
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Able to lift 50+lbs repeatedly, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods
Reliable transportation to the Breezewood, PA job site
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to follow instructions
Willingness to work overtime when required
Must adhere to safety regulations and PPE guidelines
Preferred Qualifications:
OSHA 10 or 30 certification
Experience with solar farm or electrical construction
Familiarity with solar racking and ground-mount systems
Project Details:
Start Date: Mid-October 2025
Duration: Approximately 3–4 months
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday 10hr shifts and potential Saturdays
Overtime: Potential for additional hours based on site progress
