About The Role
TaiSan is developing next-generation polymer electrolyte systems to enable Sodium Batteries 2.0 — targeting higher energy density, improved safety, and scalable manufacturing.
We are seeking an Administrative & Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day organizational, operational, and coordination activities across the company. This role is essential to ensuring smooth internal operations as TaiSan scales its research, partnerships, and commercial development.
The position will work closely with the leadership, research, and business teams, supporting administrative processes, documentation management, scheduling, internal coordination, and operational organization.
This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, and who enjoy working in a fast-paced, early-stage deep-tech startup environment.
The scope of responsibilities may evolve depending on the candidate’s experience, strengths, and operational priorities of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Depending On Experience And Background, Responsibilities May Include
Manage calendars, meeting scheduling, and coordination for leadership and team members.
Prepare meeting agendas, documentation, and follow-up summaries.
Assist with internal document preparation, formatting, and organization.
Maintain structured filing systems for operational and administrative documents.
Support travel coordination and logistics when required.
Support tracking of internal tasks, deadlines, and operational milestones.
Help maintain organized internal documentation and operational records.
Assist in organizing internal reporting materials and company documentation.
Support implementation of internal operational processes and procedures.
Support preparation of presentations, reports, and company documentation.
Assist in drafting and formatting professional documents including proposals, summaries, and operational reports.
Ensure documents are properly stored and accessible across internal systems.

Company events
Industry networking activities
Support preparation of materials, scheduling, and logistical coordination.
Assist with follow-up documentation and communication after events.
Assist in improving document management, task tracking, and coordination tools.
Support implementation of basic operational systems as the company grows.
