We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative based in the Greater Houston Area. This role is all about building strong relationships with builders, expanding our client base, and helping Tacoma Energy remain the go-to partner for energy compliance.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, construction managers, and trade partners.
  • Promote Tacoma Energy’s inspection and compliance services to current and potential clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across South Texas.
  • Collaborate with field and operations teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking functions to represent Tacoma Energy.
  • Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and provide market feedback.

What We’re Looking For

  • Resident of the Greater Houston Area.
  • Sales experience (preferred in residential construction, building products, or energy-related services).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a regional territory.
  • Familiarity with homebuilding processes and/or energy codes is a plus (training provided).
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
