Job Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for quality management and quality inspection work in the production workshop.
- Be responsible for the inspection during the production process, as well as the inspection of materials, outsourced products, and directly purchased products.
- Maintain and improve the quality management system, quality inspection standards, control plans, work instructions, and FMEA revisions.
- Supervise and handle the tracking of production quality anomalies, ensuring the effective implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
- Promote new products and formulate the corresponding quality standards.
- Analyze customer complaints and feedback on product quality issues, propose corrective measures and continuously improve.
- Joining a training program in South East Asia and China is mandatory.
- Ensure team compliance with all HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and follow-up on corrective actions.
- Promote a positive safety culture and provide coaching to team members on safe work practices.
- Participate in incident investigations and ensure timely corrective actions are implemented.
- Track and report team-level HSE performance metrics to management.
Qualifications:
- 5 or above relevant years of experience.
- College’s Degree or above in photovoltaic, semiconductor, or microelectronics industries or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
- Solid computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Multitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner.
