Position Summary

The Senior Quality Supervisor is responsible for leading quality management and inspection activities within the production environment of our Wilmer, TX manufacturing facility. This role ensures product compliance, drives continuous improvement, and supports operational excellence across materials, processes, and finished goods. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, deep manufacturing quality experience, and a proactive, hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee quality management and inspection activities within the production workshop.

• Ensure effective in-process inspections, incoming material inspections, and quality control of outsourced and directly purchased products.

• Maintain, update, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS), including inspection standards, control plans, work instructions, and FMEA documentation.

• Supervise the identification, tracking, and resolution of production quality issues; ensure timely and effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Support new product introductions by developing and implementing corresponding quality standards and inspection criteria.

• Analyze customer complaints and quality feedback; drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure consistent quality performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant quality experience in a manufacturing environment (solar, semiconductor, microelectronics, or related industries preferred).

• Proven leadership experience managing quality teams and/or laboratory operations.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in photovoltaic engineering, semiconductor engineering, microelectronics, chemical engineering, or a related technical field.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.

• Solid computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
