Position Summary
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to support our manufacturing operations. This role involves monitoring and maintaining production equipment, ensuring product quality, and supporting process improvement initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform daily inspections of equipment and processes to ensure proper operation.
Support and maintain on-site manufacturing processes, including creating work instructions and providing training to team members.
Assist in incident response and propose process improvements.
Accurately complete daily operation and maintenance records.
Address issues and complete assigned tasks promptly as directed by supervisors.
Collaborate with engineers during special operations and provide on-site support.
Generate quality reports and input quality data into MES and other systems.
Comply with all environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Technical diploma or higher (electrical or mechanical preferred).
Familiarity with solar modules or semiconductors is a plus.
0–1 year of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment (PV industry preferred).
Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and mechanical systems preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skilled in the use of hand tools and measuring instruments.
Ability to analyze data using tools such as Excel and other applications.
Dependable, hardworking, and adaptable to shift work and high-pressure environments.
Physical Requirements
Ability to remain stationary up to 75% of the time.
Frequent bending, standing, walking, and stooping.
Occasionally lift and carry objects up to 20 lbs (team lifts when required).
Must be able to hear, speak, and communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors.
Visual ability to read computer screens, equipment displays, and printed documents.
Occasional use of stairs between floors.
