About the Role:

Synergy3 is seeking an energetic canvasser to promote HVAC and whole-home energy efficiency services. You will engage with homeowners, share information, and generate leads for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door/community outreach
• Share information on HVAC and energy efficiency solutions
• Distribute flyers and schedule appointments
• Track daily activity and results

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic and persuasive personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Compensation:

Base salary: $30,000 per year plus a high-per-appointment-set bonus (uncapped)

Job Type:

W-2 and/or 1099 options available
