Pay Range: $25 $30 per hour for in-house jobs | Up to $70 per hour on prevailing wage projects

This role is perfect for individuals with general labor or construction experience who are eager to build a career in renewable energy. Laborers are essential to ensuring safety, efficiency, and productivity on job sites while learning valuable skills in solar installation and construction practices.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist solar installation crews with daily site operations and tasks
Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
Prepare job sites by clearing debris and organizing materials
Support racking, mounting, and solar panel installation under supervision
Perform layout assistance and material handling duties
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow all safety procedures and protocols, including job hazard analyses
Take direction from Foremen and Assistant Foremen
Assist in tracking inventory of tools and materials
Perform other duties as assigned to support job completion
Prior construction or general labor experience preferred, but not required
Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work hard
Strong reliability, punctuality, and team collaboration skills
OSHA 10 Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Comfortable with basic hand and power tools
