SOLAR AC LEAD
SOLAR FOREMAN
SOLAR MECHANICAL LEAD
ALL POSITIONS REQUIRE UP TO 75% TRAVEL - COMPANY PAYS LODGING, TRANSPORTATION & PER-DIEM
Solar AC Lead oversees all AC-side electrical work on both commercial & industrial projects from 250KW - 5 MW
Ensures all work meets NEC requirementa
Follows OSHA
safetly codes
Company standards & production goals
Solar Foreman leads, manages & trains on both commercial & industrial projects
Oversees installations on large rooftops and ground-mounts.
Foreman is the technical expert onsite and is the site-lead responsible for production, safety, QC & documentation
Solar Mechanical Lead oversees the assembly and installation of mechanical components for commercial & industrial installations
Oversees racking, modules, wire management, & layout
Leads crew of 4-8 employees
Maintains material inventory, production logs and scheduling
