Our mission is to facilitate the energy transition by connecting manufacturers of PV modules, project developers, and EPCs through a digitalized, transparent, and reliable supply chain.

After nearly 10 years in the French market, the year 2026 marks a strategic turn towards internationalization for Synapsun, with a targeted development in 8 European countries, all open to V.I.E.
Your mission as a V.I.E Business Developer:
Based in Milan or Rome
Your objectives:
- Develop the local market: identify opportunities, meet project developers, EPCs, and distributors.
- Structure the implantation: implement our digital tools and adapt our processes to country specifics.
- Represent Synapsun: be our ambassador, build trust with local actors, and promote our innovative model.
In short: you will be both strategist, commercial, and operational, with strong autonomy and support from the headquarters in France.
Your daily missions:
- Map out key players and analyze local regulations.
- Prospect, present the added value of Synapsun, and sign the first contracts.
- Deploy our digital solutions (catalog, PAN Analyzer, certification engine).
- Ensure the smooth progress of projects: quality, compliance, logistics, after-sales service.
- Represent Synapsun at trade fairs and sector events.
- Report your feedback from the field to refine our strategy and improve our tools.
Important: Synapsun not yet having a Business Unit on site, the mission will take place within a hosting structure (e.g., chamber of commerce or professional organization), under the supervision of a local manager and a manager based in France.
Requirements
Profile sought:
You are an ambitious young person, curious and passionate about the energy transition.
- Bac+5 (business school, engineering school, or equivalent university).
- Professional English proficiency + fluent Italian.
- First successful experience (internship, apprenticeship, project) in business development, supply chain, industry, or energy.
- Entrepreneurial, autonomous, rigorous, and result-oriented.
We are looking for a profile that combines the rigor of an engineer, the audacity of an entrepreneur, and the curiosity of an explorer.

- 12-month mission possibly renewable 12 months.
- Monthly allowance: 2,919 (indicative, subject to quarterly variations).
- After the V.I.E., perspectives of evolution in a permanent contract (e.g., Country Manager).
