Role Overview

We are seeking Senior Contract Product Manager(s) to serve as an execution engine and bandwidth multiplier supporting the BEX Whole Trip + Families workstream. This role will drive cross-functional delivery across web and mobile experiences to demonstrate measurable near-term impact against Whole Trip and family-tagged business metrics.

This position requires a highly experienced Product Manager capable of operating at scale across multiple teams, owning execution, experimentation, and UX delivery within a complex product ecosystem.

Experience Required:

  • 8+ years of product management experience
  • Senior (Level III) resource with extensive delivery ownership across complex product environments

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Execution

  • Define product strategy and roadmap aligned to Whole Trip and Families objectives.
  • Develop MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and clear business justification.
  • Translate research, analytics, and user insights into actionable product backlogs.
  • Decompose initiatives into detailed product requirements, UX states, and acceptance criteria.
  • Drive execution across web and mobile surfaces to deliver measurable outcomes.

Cross-Functional Delivery

  • Lead multi-team delivery across Engineering, Experience Design (XD), and Analytics.
  • Run structured delivery rituals to keep teams aligned, unblocked, and progressing toward milestones.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, timelines, and Jira hygiene across squads.
  • Act as the central execution leader for day-to-day delivery activities.

Experimentation & Analytics

  • Define success metrics, experiment designs, and measurement guardrails.
  • Partner with Analytics teams to instrument and monitor experiments.
  • Analyze experiment outcomes and iterate product experiences to achieve quarterly goals.
  • Drive decisions based on data tied to trip-level outcomes such as:
  • Trip starts
  • Attach rate
  • Multi-item booking rate
  • Family-segment performance

UX-Driven Product Leadership

  • Ensure high-quality UX across web and app experiences.
  • Critique and refine user flows, simplify decision points, and maintain clarity in customer experiences.
  • Convert design direction into actionable engineering requirements and edge-case coverage.
  • Balance speed of delivery with experience quality.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Partner confidently with Engineering, XD, Analytics, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Provide concise executive-level status updates highlighting progress, risks, and next steps.
  • Present tradeoffs and recommendations in fast-moving, time-boxed environments.
  • Work with external partners to evaluate partnerships and licensing opportunities when applicable.

Operational Delivery

  • Run beta and pilot programs for early-stage product initiatives.
  • Incorporate traveler insights into backlog prioritization.
  • Track risks, issues, and execution health across teams.
  • Deliver clear readouts demonstrating measurable business impact.

  • Ability to operate with urgency while maintaining product quality.
  • Demonstrated bias for action balanced with sound product judgment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in travel and/or technology industries strongly preferred.
  • Experience working within large-scale digital marketplace or consumer product ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with experimentation platforms, analytics instrumentation, and product metrics frameworks.
