Role Description The Head of Operations at SwitchLabs is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role oversees day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth execution of logistics, service delivery, and internal processes across the organization. Responsibilities include designing and optimizing operational workflows, setting performance metrics, managing cross-functional coordination, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Head of Operations will lead and mentor operations teams, manage budgets, monitor key dashboards, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. The role also involves collaborating closely with leadership on strategic planning, capacity forecasting, resource allocation, and implementation of operational best practices to support the company’s growth in electric trucking solutions.

Qualifications
- Strong Operations Management skills, including process design, workflow optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, develop insights, and support decision-making.
- Proven Team Management capabilities, including coaching, delegation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Effective Communication skills for stakeholder management, reporting, and alignment across departments.
- Solid Budgeting experience, including cost control, financial planning, and resource allocation.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or related operational environments; exposure to electric mobility or clean tech is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling organization and implement operational frameworks and KPIs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are beneficial.
