We are currently recruiting for an experienced IT and Business Systems Manager.

In this leadership role, you will manage a small yet dynamic and high-performing team. You'll be responsible for running the IT operations in UK & Ireland, as well as locally designing, building and deploying technology initiatives, such as M3, Dynamics CRM, network & infrastructure, end-user compute and cyber requirements.

Dedicated in delivering high quality IT services to our end-users and stakeholders, the role aims at ensuring a modern IT environment for our business, working closely with our MSP and key partners across the organisation.

This role will be hybrid: the offices include Snodland and Whistable in Kent, Wednesbury and Ashby. There is an office in Bray in Ireland.

Main duties and responsibilities: (This is not an exhaustive list and is subject to change depending on the needs of the business)

  • Lead and manage a team of IT professionals dedicated to UK&I businesses & related projects.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of our MSP, including Governance, Issue Management and day to day operation
  • Responsible for the successful delivery and integration of our systems and platforms (Dynamics CRM, M3, Epicore, Avante).
  • Leading, planning and managing internal staff, external consultants, and corporate resources or SMEs.
  • Supervise, design and configure End to End development tasks, including business process optimisation and information management required for the design and roll out to be successful.
  • Accountable for supporting systems change management, communications and training in new tools and processes.
  • Project Management and leadership for the efficient running of our IT Projects, making a critical link between the Global Systems teams and the local organisation to ensure smooth deployment and ongoing use of this business-critical platform.
  • Business Partnering day-to-day with key stakeholders.
  • Local IT assets, infrastructure and end-user compute oversight.
  • Reporting to both Senior management team meetings and Group reviews of project status, implementation plans, resource management and budgetary control

Essential experience:

  • Strong ERP capabilities M3 or SAP, D365
  • Minimum five years’ experience running IT operations
  • Minimum three years’ experience overseeing ERP systems and IT project implementation
  • Minimum three years’ managing and leading a team
  • Previous experience with Project Management & Solution delivery – reporting to Director level

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information systems, computer science or related field
