About The Role – Senior Content Executive

We are looking for a Senior Content Executive to own and drive our content strategy and execution across channels. You will work closely with the Marketing Lead, Product, and Sales teams to create high-impact content that supports:

  • B2B SaaS Marketing
  • Demand Generation
  • Customer Advocacy
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

You will be responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing content that builds our brand, educates prospects and customers, and drives qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Support the development of a cohesive content strategy aligned with business, product, and demand generation goals.
  • Plan and manage the content calendar across blogs, website, email, social media, case studies, and campaigns.
  • Understand buyer personas, journeys, and key decision-makers in B2B SaaS and climate tech to create relevant, targeted content.

Content Creation & Storytelling

Write And Edit High-quality Content, Including

  • Blogs and thought leadership articles
  • Case studies and customer stories
  • Product explainers and feature deep-dives
  • Whitepapers, ebooks, and reports
  • Website copy, landing pages, and ad copy
  • Email campaigns and nurture sequences
  • Simplify complex, technical topics (carbon markets, sustainability, SaaS products) into clear, engaging narratives.
  • Ensure consistency in tone of voice, messaging, and brand positioning across all content.

Demand Gen, ABM & Customer Advocacy Support

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Lead to create content for demand generation and ABM campaigns (account-specific decks, email sequences, landing pages, one-pagers).
  • Develop Customer Advocacy content: testimonials, use cases, success stories, quotes, and reference material.
  • Support sales enablement with pitch decks, product sheets, FAQs, and comparison documents.

Digital, Social & Multimedia Content

  • Create and optimize content for SEO and organic growth (keyword-based blogs, on-page optimization, meta content).
  • Draft content for social media, newsletters, and community engagement.
  • Support scripts and outlines for podcasts, webinars, and video explainers in collaboration with the marketing and product teams.

Research, Insights & Optimization

  • Conduct research on climate tech, carbon markets, and B2B SaaS trends to inform content themes and topics.
  • Analyze content performance (traffic, engagement, leads, conversions) and recommend improvements.
  • Continuously refine content based on data, feedback from sales/product, and market insights.

Requirements

Must-Have

  • 3–5 years of experience in content / marketing roles in product-based companies (mandatory).
  • Mandatory startup experience: experience in 0–1 and/or 1–10 stage startups in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Hands-on content experience in B2B SaaS (mandatory) – preferably for global or enterprise audiences.
  • Proven ability to write for B2B audiences across formats: blogs, case studies, web copy, email, and sales collateral.
  • Strong grasp of content marketing, buyer journeys, and how content supports lead generation and brand building.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify technical/complex topics.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field.
  • MBA / Master’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Tools & Skills

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
  • Experience working with basic CMS, email marketing tools, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Comfort working with project management / collaboration tools (Notion, Asana, Trello, etc. – as applicable).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
  • Familiarity with podcast/webinar content, basic scripting, and event-related content is a plus.
  • Interest in climate tech, carbon markets, and sustainability is highly desirable.
