About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who can take complete ownership of product strategy, execution, and growth for our climate-tech platform.
As a Product Manager, you will work closely with founders, engineering, design, business, and operations teams to build scalable fintech and marketplace products that simplify carbon credit registration, issuance, trading, and reporting. You'll be responsible for identifying customer needs, defining product strategy, driving execution, and delivering measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Drive product discovery by understanding customer pain points, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Own the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
- Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and agile product development processes.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining product quality and user experience.
- Conduct customer interviews, usability testing, and market research.
- Analyze product usage, customer feedback, and key metrics to improve product performance.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in fintech, climate technology, carbon markets, and B2B SaaS.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams for successful product launches.
- Support go-to-market strategy, pricing, product positioning, and adoption initiatives.
- Present product updates and strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Define and monitor product KPIs and success metrics.
- Leverage analytics to optimize user journeys, product adoption, and business outcomes.
- Make informed decisions based on data, customer insights, and experimentation.
- 4+ years of Product Management experience.
- Graduate from IIT or MBA from IIM (Mandatory).
- Prior experience working in a high-growth startup environment (Mandatory).
- Hands-on experience building Fintech products (Mandatory).
- Strong experience with B2B SaaS products and product-led development.
- Proven track record of owning products from concept to launch.
- Excellent understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
- Experience working on marketplaces, exchanges, payments, trading platforms, or financial products.
- Exposure to Climate Tech, Carbon Markets, ESG, Sustainability, or Renewable Energy domains.
- Familiarity with APIs, data platforms, dashboards, and analytics tools.
- Experience with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or similar.
- Understanding of AI-enabled products or workflow automation is an added advantage.
